We engaged M. McGarry & Sons to do numerous projects large and small. Each project exceeded our expectations. They designed a renovation project for my living room that included a beautiful wooden floor, custom cabinets for the entertainment center as well as a completely new staircase with attractive wooden spindles and curving banister. M. McGarry & Sons completely redid our 12 x 20 rear mudroom entrance. Wooden floors, ceiling fan a tastefully painted trim and walls and new French doors with cut glass panes. My full basement was completely redone and modernized. Storage hutches, tool, furnace and utility closets were created. A new washing/dryer room and a perfectly sized office with doors were designed into the project. Plus a well thought out tile floor for the entire full basement.
Some projects were not anticipated. The plaster ceiling fell in one of my daughter’s bedroom. M. McGarry & Sons came by the same day and had the room and ceiling completely restored in less than a week. There have even been times when I called at 11:30 pm at night because my furnace was not working right as a job was completing. They came over immediately and got the furnace started. It had nothing to do with the construction project.
M. McGarry and Sons provide competitive pricing, fully clean-up each night and fully desire the input of their client’s. They want to insure that you receive exactly what you wanted and always will exceed your expectations.
I’m reluctant to recommend contractors as my experience may not be the same as a friend r neighbor receives. Well I freely recommended M. McGarry to a neighbor on the block for a large and complex bathroom demolition and re-build. It came out great. My next door neighbor complete renovated their kitchen and dining room. Walls were removed and a completely modern kitchen was carefully and precisely reinstalled. They too were extremely pleased.
